The Marketing Division is led by Melissa Sprouse Browne, who has more than 20 years of direct experience in marketing. She has held the positions of Marketing Director with Century 21 Bob Capes Realtors®, Creative Director at Resh Marketing, Publications Manager at the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce and Regional Marketing Director at Trane Comfort Solutions. She is also the owner of the Palmetto State Multiple Listing Service and co-owner of The CE School, the Real Estate School of SC and South Carolina Realty.

The Marketing Division was created by Melissa to serve the needs of both agents and brokers who seek extraordinary design and guidance with creating & maintaining top of mind awareness. The Marketing Division is the resource with both the capability and credibility to reliably deliver the superior creative solutions you require to succeed.

Rebecca Kelley works with Melissa for The Marketing Division. She is an award-winning graphic designer, and creates everything from packaging, brochures, and flyers, to corporate identities, magazine spreads, and websites. Becca won the National SkillsUSA t-shirt design competition in 2009, and also placed third in the 2009 SkillsUSA State Conference for Advertising Design, as well as placing third in the statewide MWSC Communications Newsletter Competition.
